Standard Delivery:

Most purchases are shipped from Real Baby in Colorado, to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order.  Here at Real Baby we believe in trying to reduce the amount of trash coming from our business, so please expect items to come in re-used, already loved boxes - less garbage in land fills is better for everyone, and not buying new boxes makes our products less expensive for you!

Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or foreign countries.

The following are estimated delivery times for shipping:

Ground          5-9 business days
3 Day Air       3-4 business days
2 Day Air       2-3 business days

Alaska and Hawaii: Please add 2-4 days for shipment.

You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping or items on back order. Items
ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and
weight), and may be received separately. Also, please note that sometimes we may need extra payment for shipping large or heavy items and we will contact you in these cases. 

Delivery Charges:

Standard Delivery Surcharges

Because furniture, cribs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items may have a delivery surcharge. You will be notified of the shipping details and extra cost via email or phone.

Next Day Air Delivery:

We can arrange for Next Day Air delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm MST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within 1-2 business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday). Note: Next Day Air service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped directly from the manufacturer, or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. Please call the store and we will let you know exactly how much you will be charged for this service.

Furniture and Large Items: 

Many of our large items such as furniture, high chairs, rockers etc. are considered "special order item" and are usually shipped directly from the manufacturer. This means that it may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you have questions about these items, please call us and we will try to give you the best ETA on your purchase.

Credit Cards: 
You can safely enter your entire credit card number, via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We bill all Credit Card orders the day we receive your order and bill the full amount all at once. We may ship partial orders at any time, but will continue to deliver all goods without any additional charges.
